The 18th Century Barn was completely lifted off the ground as a prelude to modernising it into comfortable, warm and spacious bed and breakfast accommodation. The full story of the restoration will be published on this website in due course. Meanwhile you'll just love your B&B or holiday let stay in this wonderful example of Old English history in the quaint village of Little Marlow.
Although we enjoy the tranquillity of Little Marlow, we have the best of both worlds because we are only 4 minutes and 2 miles from Marlow town centre. If you're working at the Globe Industrial estate, or going to a function at Crowne Plaza Hotel, we're probably closer than most bed and breakfasts in Marlow itself.

Not only is Marlow fully accessible: you can whiz down the A404 Marlow by-pass from us to High Wycombe or Maidenhead. We're very close to the M40, M4 and M25 road arteries making London, Heathrow Airport, Oxford and Reading very accessible. From Bourne End station we're just 50 minutes to Paddington, London by rail.
