You have exclusive use, on a self catered B&B basis, of the whole of the spacious 18th century Little Marlow barn which includes fitted kitchen, shower room and a huge beamed sitting room (35’ x 16’). This is overlooked by the bedroom on the mezzanine (gallery) floor. There is a large TV with Freeview, a DVD and a wonderful sound system. The barn overlooks a typical cottage garden, surrounded by brick and flint walls. Please note the barn sleeps two people maximum.

The barn has proved popular amongst the business community: not only is Marlow Business Park very close, you can access the A404 Marlow by-pass, less than a mile away from us, to High Wycombe or Maidenhead. There is internet access.

We're very close to the M40, M4 and M25 road arteries making London, Heathrow Airport, Oxford and Reading very accessible. From Bourne End station we're just 50 minutes to Paddington, London by rail.
The village of Little Marlow has two good pubs within minutes of the barn serving excellent food. It also has a charming 12 century church and a village cricket field.
